Hey HN, I built ScanCX - it shows hidden trust issues of any e-com store. Friction points that might be turning potential buyers/repeat buyers away.

It’s different from the usual speed or SEO tools - this one thinks like a customer. Average e-com conversion rate is 2-3%. That's a huge 97% potential buyers that didn't like something even though the products are great.
